Providing patient care, education, and research to the community, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center looks to produce a Central Energy Plant. As a multi-phase project, Phase 2 is expected to complete at the end of 2022.
PurePM has been hired by H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center to assist with owner representation, as culture is important to them. With the installation of two 2,000 ton cooling towers, one generator, one fuel storage tank, two 2,000 ton chillers, three primary chilled water pumps and associated infrastructure, this project will require coordination efforts conducting periodic shutdowns of the loading dock drive to remove existing generators and install all of the new equipment, as well as underground piping. With an outstanding coordination effort record, PurePM was hired to assist with the project management of this project to maintain schedule, budget, and effective continuation of service by the Cancer Center during the project. In addition, PurePM ensures that Owner Representation is a priority of each Project Team.
