Integral Molecular, one of the first biotech companies in Philadelphia, is seeking to increase their footprint in University City in Philadelphia. The 30,000 SF expansion will serve as Integral Molecular’s consolidated home, supporting their ongoing research in therapeutic antibodies. Currently located in two separate facilities, this project will allow the team to unify all their resources in one location. With a 60/40 lab to office split, the new home is specifically designed to foster interactions between teams and support the research technologies central to their work.
As the owner’s representative on this project, PurePM is managing all aspects of the project, including preparing and maintaining budgets and schedules, overseeing scope, design, and construction, and managing owner FF&E selection, move-in, and occupancy activities. PurePM’s unique project management expertise combined with a collaborative project delivery approach will realize the new University City home for Integular Molecular.

As part of their continued expansion in 2017 Hackensack Meridian acquired a portion of the Old Roche Pharmaceuticals site on Nutley New Jersey. The site was well suited for their goals of expanding research and growing.
