PurePM played a pivotal role in managing the Clark Health and Wellness Center project, ensuring its successful completion. This $16 million, 50,000 SF interior fit-out transformed a former Barnes & Noble into a modern health and wellness center that offers a wide range of healthcare services to the Union County community.
The new center provides convenient, one-stop access to primary care, specialty care, urgent care, and other essential health services. It features specialties such as cardiology, neurology, women’s services, gynecologic oncology, and obstetrics & gynecology. The facility also includes a lab for blood work, a diagnostic imaging suite for mammograms, ultrasounds, x-rays, and Dexa scans, and rehabilitation services.
The Urgent Care Center within the facility provides extended hours, including nights and weekends, ensuring that patients have access to care for everyday illnesses and injuries, as well as more advanced services like imaging, lab tests, and minor surgery. The integration of these services under one roof enhances physician collaboration and improves the overall patient experience.
