PurePM is providing comprehensive project management services for the Clifton Health and Wellness Center, an $80 million new construction project located at the ON3 complex in Clifton, New Jersey. The new 80,000 SF facility is a significant addition to Hackensack Meridian Health’s (HMH) ambulatory care network, continuing their strategy to expand accessible, high-quality healthcare services in the region. The building is being delivered by a developer, with HMH as a tenant. PurePM’s responsibilities include coordinating with the landlord and developer, ensuring tenant requirements are being met, and managing the fit-out on behalf of HMH.
The Clifton Health and Wellness Center will be a state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility, featuring a glass curtain wall façade, an ambulatory surgical center, and multispecialty practice areas. Additionally, the center will include a 400-space attached parking structure to accommodate patients and staff. With the completion of this facility, Hackensack Meridian Health continues to advance its mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to underserved areas, addressing access issues, and meeting the growing demand for ambulatory care settings.
