Jeff has 25+ years of design and construction experience, with over 20 years’ experience in the Philadelphia area. His local experience has been largely focused on technically and logistically challenging projects, primarily in healthcare. Jeff has a passion for project team management and leads with a collaborative approach to constraint management, team accountability, alignment of resources and clear direction. This collaborative approach to challenging projects has led to strong partnerships and long tenures with healthcare clients where he has been seen as a capable extension of the owner’s staff. Jeff started with PurePM in 2022 and has seamlessly transitioned from construction project management to owner project management. He employs strong team organizational skills to assure the best possible project outcomes.
