Zach has over 15 years of program and project management experience and serves multiple clients within a Associate Partner Role. Executive Leadership from leading Health Systems have relied on his guidance with developing projects of various sizes, from large-scale master plans, equipment changeouts to staff augmentation. Zach is responsible for multiple aspects of a project: preparation of schedules, establishing and managing budgets, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress reports of projects, preparing reports for executive leadership, and overseeing the design, construction, and occupancy of projects.
