Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School (LVARCS) in Bethlehem serves approximately 1800 students and relocated their facility into a newly renovated 200,000 SF 3-story former office building. A second, concurrent phase of work included a new structure to house a gymnasium space and a “black box” theater. As the project manager and owner’s representative, PurePM managed the project and consultant team on behalf of the client for conceptual design through occupancy. This project was delivered using the Separations Act of PA requiring multi-prime building.
