As the project manager and owner’s representative for Wagner College, PurePM oversaw the comprehensive renovation of Harborview Hall, a 14-story dormitory housing 588 beds. The project included significant upgrades to enhance student satisfaction and functionality, contributing to a better overall campus experience. PurePM managed all aspects of the project, with a particular focus on budget and schedule management.
The renovation involved a complete overhaul of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations. The building was modernized with new flooring throughout, fresh paint, and upgraded finishes. Restrooms were converted to semi-private bathrooms to increase privacy and comfort. Significant improvements to the elevator systems and the installation of a new, durable roof were also part of the project. Student rooms were renovated with new residence hall furniture, and shared gathering areas on each floor will be enhanced with new lounge furniture to create better communal spaces. Additionally, Wi-Fi access throughout the building was improved for better connectivity.
