PurePM managed the Taneja College of Pharmacy project at the University of South Florida, a $19.37M, 37,000 SF buildout within the Morsani College of Medicine & Heart Institute Downtown Building. This project created state-of-the-art facilities to support educational and administrative functions, enhancing the learning environment for students and faculty. PurePM provided comprehensive management of the budget, schedule, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring all milestones were met with the highest standards of quality.

The 11th floor features 21 offices, an executive boardroom, three student classrooms, and spaces for collaboration, lounging, and studying. Classrooms are equipped with advanced technology, including large video walls, 3D printers, CAD software, and virtual reality tools, accommodating up to 468 students and faculty. The 12th floor includes 28 offices and classrooms featuring 3D hologram technology for professors and guest speakers, accommodating up to 430 students and faculty, fostering an immersive learning experience.
