The Campus Hall and Guild Hall Facade Restoration project at Wagner College is a $15 million initiative aimed at preserving and enhancing the integrity of the original architecture. As the owner’s representative and project manager, PurePM is overseeing all aspects of the project, particularly focusing on budget and schedule management for timely and cost-effective delivery.
Guild Hall, a five-story dormitory, requires extensive façade and roofing updates to protect the interior. The project team meticulously evaluated the original roofing components, window replacements, brick façade restoration, and stormwater management to maintain the building’s character. This careful approach ensures that the original aesthetic elements are preserved throughout the restoration process.
Similarly, Campus Hall, an academic building, also needs significant exterior upgrades. In addition to façade restoration, the project includes the renovation of elevators, bathrooms, and various public spaces, ensuring a comprehensive enhancement of the building’s functionality and appearance.
Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School (LVARCS) in Bethlehem serves approximately 1800 students. This project will result in relocation of their facility into a newly renovated 200,000 SF 3-story building.
