Porter Family Indoor Performance Facility – USF

Tampa, FL

The Porter Family Indoor Performance Facility at the University of South Florida (USF) is a multi-use venue designed to support student-athletes and the broader USF community. At the heart of the facility is a 100-yard turf field, offering ample space for training, practice, and conditioning. Dedicated viewing platforms allow spectators and coaches to observe activities with optimal oversight. Advanced AV systems and conference spaces cater to both athletic and academic needs, making it a versatile venue for various events. The facility has already hosted significant events such as the USF President’s inauguration, local sports tournaments, and ESPN-covered USF Athletics media sessions. Upon entering the facility, visitors pass by a reception lobby with a donor wall. An outdoor plaza provides additional space for gatherings and events. The facility also features high-quality scoreboards, a video work area for performance analysis, and dedicated locker rooms and restrooms for officials and athletes. PurePM’s comprehensive project management ensured the timely and successful completion of this state-of-the-art facility, improving USF’s capacity to host high-profile athletic and community events.
