PurePM is providing owner’s representative and project management Services for the Teneja College of Pharmacy project at The University of South Florida. This $19.37 million, 37,000 SF buildout is part of the Morsani College of Medicine & Heart Institute Downtown Building. The project aims to create state-of-the-art facilities that support both educational and administrative functions, enhancing the overall learning environment for students and faculty. PurePM is providing comprehensive management of the budget and schedule, coordination with contractors and stakeholders, and is ensuring that all project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality. The 11th floor of the building features 21 offices, an executive boardroom, three student classrooms, and spaces for student collaboration, lounging, and studying. These classrooms are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including large video walls, 3D printers, CAD software, and virtual reality capabilities, accommodating up to 468 students and faculty.

The 12th floor includes 28 offices and additional classrooms, designed with advanced 3D hologram technology for professors and guest speakers. This floor can accommodate up to 430 students and faculty, further promoting an immersive and interactive learning experience.
