The Masonic Home of Florida project is a complete demolition and renovation of two floors spanning over 94 assisted living bedrooms as well as communal spaces.
PurePM is leading the renovation and expansion of the Clubroom at The Hill at Whitemarsh. A 1,132 SF expansion to the existing space includes a luxury full-service bar, a new dedicated bar pantry room, a cart storage room, and three glass double doors that lead to the outdoor courtyard.
The new Clubroom design includes all new finishes, new furniture and kitchen equipment, new AV enhancements including multiple TVs throughout the space, and full music capabilities to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for The Hill at Whitemarsh and its Residents.

The Hill at Whitemarsh hired PurePM for its full suite of Owner Rep/PM Services for the creation of their new Security Welcome Center on campus in Lafayette Hill, PA.

The Hill at Whitemarsh, as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) on its expansive 96 acres, is designed to offer a full spectrum of living options and high-end amenities to support residents throughout the different stages of retirement. As the owner’s representative and project manager, PurePM is leading The Hill at Whitemarsh’s Healthcare expansion and renovation Project, which includes the Assisted Living (AL), Independent Living (IL), Short Term Rehabilitation and a Dementia Memory Care Unit program.
