The Hawk Ridge Villas, The Hill at Whitemarsh

The Hill at Whitemarsh, as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) on its expansive 96 acres, is designed to offer a full spectrum of living options and high-end amenities to support residents throughout the different stages of retirement.

The Hill at Whitemarsh provides Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Health Center.  They also offer independent living resident spaces, including Apartments, Cottages, and Villas, as well as amenities such as a fully equipped fitness and aquatic center.  Serving as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, PurePM is leading the development of the new Hawk Ridge Villas, two-story, high-end luxury residential buildings designed to expand and enhance the community’s residential offerings.

The Hawk Ridge Villas project includes the construction of two 20,000 SF new wood-frame structure buildings featuring eight high-end residential units ranging in size from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet. PurePM worked with the team to provide customizations tailored to each resident’s requests throughout the design process. Each residence includes two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, walk-in closets, and a private balcony or patio. The buildings also incorporate integrated underground parking, providing residents with both convenience and security, as well as designated storage units for each resident.

Designed to reflect The Hill at Whitemarsh’s refined architectural aesthetic, the Hawk Ridge Villas offer residents a sophisticated and comfortable living environment that complements the community’s active, wellness-focused lifestyle.
