Security Center, The Hill at Whitemarsh
The Hill at Whitemarsh hired PurePM for its full suite of Owner Rep/PM Services for the creation of their new Security Welcome Center on campus in Lafayette Hill, PA.
Interior renovations at the Masonic Home of Florida included the complete demolition and construction of two floors, spanning over 94 assisted living bedrooms as well as communal spaces. New walls, flooring, updated finishes, millwork wardrobes, and kitchenettes were also completed for 70 new units. The renovation also includes updating the restrooms for ADA compliance, relocating all existing plumbing fixtures, as well as the installation of prefabricated modular shower systems. The hallway corridor width was increased to 6’4”, and common areas were redesigned to pay homage to the history of the Saint Petersburg area.

Serving as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, PurePM is leading the development of the new Hawk Ridge Villas, two-story, high-end luxury residential buildings designed to expand and enhance the community’s residential offerings.
The Hill at Whitemarsh, as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) on its expansive 96 acres, is designed to offer a full spectrum of living options and high-end amenities to support residents throughout the different stages of retirement. As the owner’s representative and project manager, PurePM is leading The Hill at Whitemarsh’s Healthcare expansion and renovation Project, which includes the Assisted Living (AL), Independent Living (IL), Short Term Rehabilitation and a Dementia Memory Care Unit program.
