Hackensack Meridian Health reached out to PurePM to manage the construction phase of their consolidation of inpatient behavioral health services from multiple campuses to Raritan Bay Medical Center. The project consisted of a multi-phased renovation to create an 81-bed inpatient behavioral health unit. During each phase of the project, PurePM’s team managed the construction manager and design team, reviewed and minimized change orders, coordinated issues in the field, managed furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) purchasing and deliveries, and assisted in the preparation of Department of Health inspections.
